well as you can see not such a great week,, My hip has stopped me from walking/running.....
so not enough water, and eating alot of CRAP!!!!!
God,,, It shows up QUICK!!!!!! I am sad,but, I know its my fault, and I am doing better so far this week, I walked yesterday, 5 miles, and today I did 6 with some intervals of running... my water and eating is back on track, so hopefully the scale will show it, I always weigh myself On fridays but just easier to play on computer on mondays...
I knew sooner or later the scale was going to go the oppisite direction, but, I was hoping for later....
wish me luck this week..... and I am still deciding on to walk/run my first 5k this saturday.....
