The weekend is the hardest. I guess without the hustle of work I tend to eat more. Particularly when I'm out with friends. What can i do to be proactive about this? I'm going to start carrying healthy snacks with me, so that I can constantly be eating something and not be that hungry and tempted to eat junk food. I should plan to hang out with friends after I already ate dinner. I think those two things should help. We will see. I finally reached 169 again, and I don't want to go back to 170s anymore!
