Health isn’t about just what we put in our mouth and I think that has become the norm. Better arterial pressure effects your heart and brain. Cognitive function and how hard the heart has to work.

Lower the better, generally. Unless you have an underlying thyroid problem.

That's true. Too much focus sometimes on food and not always enough on blood pressure, the heart, the brain, etc. That's good your taking those seriously
