I ate a lot this weekend. But I think part of me eating a lot was just because I actually mentally told myself to eat a lot. I didn't feel guilty about it or anything. I was just like, "Hey, you should eat a lot so you can say you ate a lot." Weird I know. But whatever. Back on track again today. Somehow I still weighed in less today than I did on friday. But offical weigh in to come Friday.
