Spent the day at home, alone today. Got some things accomplished plus some much needed "me" time. I did very well today staying focused and not over-eating. Just me, I don't have any of the bad things here to tempt me. Going to be out and about some tomorrow. I am hoping to cut grass. A calorie burning event! Night all!
