WG seated row 4x8r
OHP 3x4r +AMRAP

Post workout meal -
1/2c thick rolled oats*2 tbsp flaxseed*1 tbsp chia seeds*40g raisins *21g honey
Drank 6oz coffee to keep energy expenditure up
