@lisna kemarin aku input sekitar 450 kalori sepiring itu. Bayam rebus 120gr, kecambah 40gr, putel 100gr, ayam 40gr (pas uda tanpa tulang sm kulit), sambel pecel 30gr, bakwan 35gr, sm kentang 70gr😁
