Bahan Blender:
250 gr dada ayam (tanpa kulit)
4 sdm oat meal (haluskan jadi tepung)
1 buah wortel
1 batang daun bawang/pre
4 siung bawang putih
1 butir telor
Garam-lada-penyedap
lapisan:
1 butir telur
2 sdm air matang
Bumbu (opsional):
2 sdm minyak wijen
1 sdm kecap asin
1 sdt kecap ikan

Blender semua bahan> wortel bisa diserut/ikut diblen>cek rasa> ratakan adonan di atas telur dadar (agak tebel biar jadi cantik)> gulung > kukus 20 menit
