Well its been a while sense writing in my journal I think because I really don't feel like it and the next thing is if I am honest with myself I haven't really been doing the eating thing right. I have done the exercise thing very well I am loving Zumba and its nice that my stepdaughter goes with me. Its funny I start out ok but then I go right back to my bad habits I guess that's why they are call habits so I am going to work on one bad habit at a time today I am going to have a salad for lunch. Diet soda has been a problem I thought I could do without but from time to time I will have one at least its not three a day like I was. I guess I need to stop being so hard on myself its a day to day process. I need to try.
