Day 5:
I blew my diet yesterday!!!!!! EEK!!!! So on Thursday I weighed in at 178.4 and today I weighed in at the same. I only record my weigh in Fatsecret 2 times a week. It is okay that I am up.... I did this to myself and I will fix it. Now I am done with my pity party....
I am happy that I am tracking no matter what.... I need to do that. I need to work out.... I know what I need to do, just now to do it. Little changes will add up to big results. I am ready for those results.
Today is going to be another challenge. I have a picnic with my family. I am taking my own hotdogs (Turkey)and some homemade pasta salad. I am tracking everything. I am also working out this morning. I wanted to do CardioJam this morning, but the timing just won't work out before I have to get ready to leave for the picnic tonight.
