Feeling better today, still drinking at least 60 oz of water. The only other beverage is one cup of coffee. I gave up diet soda for the most part (had a 1/2 can Sunday). Eating okay, snacking in the evening is my weakness. I know my weight is up 2 lbs, not good and I want to lose it by weigh day. Well, so today I have aerobics classes to teach that will help lose some weight. Have a great day everyone.
