Almost to the weekend. I love the weekends but I've really got to focus on my irregular eating and eating out on the weekends. It's so hard.
Last night I caved around 9:00 p.m....I was hungry or I thought I was. I had a craving. I had a 100 calorie pack of Keebler Fudge Stripes and a cup of Skim Milk. I know it's not a lot but it was late and it put me over my calorie limit for the day. Try again today.
Suffering from a headache this morning so we'll see where that takes me today.
