So yesterday I ate 148% of my recommended calorie intake. Most of that was stress and emotional eating. We received some very bad news yesterday about my step-father and I ate too much in response. However, I caught myself before it turned into a full blown crazy binge, and went for a 2 mile walk, I felt better and didn't eat another thing all night.
So my plan is to cut my calories slightly for the next week to make up for that.
When you fail to plan, you plan to fail.
