Starting over -- You can do it! Maybe in the future, "what not to eat" will turn into a looking to the "bounty that God has blessed us with". I am encouraged by your having had finished a marathon, Thank You for sharing that. Also remember you can't do for others, unless you do for yourself; so keep in mind that working towards & staying healthy is doing for others, it's just also for you, too =) Good Luck!
