Just an anecdote:
Since I'd not had a poo, astonishingly, in 5 days, this morning I stood on the scales first thing...and weighed the same as yesterday. I then went to the loo and did a poo. Then I weighed myself again, thinking that it must have had the mass of dark matter and I could expect to have lost weight. No, compared to the pre-poo weigh-in 5 minutes earlier I had in fact gained 100g.
