It’s challenging but I just get as much as I can done. Press-ups, resistance bands and a bike ride in the park on a low gear setting so you have to put in a lot of strength. I have ordered some weights and bench so hopefully train properly soon. Definition wise On this photo I have lost some but not much. Weight is pretty much the same give or take. .5-1kg the most important thing to maintain is food. Stick to your meal plan as much as possible. I reduced by one meal to reflect the lower activity level.
