I have begun to process of getting enough exercise. I walked for 3 miles yesterday morning, and cut the grass. I would like to walk every morning, but I get up at 4am for work at 6am. I know I need to find the time, do it whether I want to or not. This isn't even so much about the weight, but just something that I should be doing.
