So I am still sick.. but last night I dragged myself to the gym and it felt good. Granted I wasn't able to push as hard, but I am glad i did it. Monday night I gave in to temptation and had Ben & Jerry's its a comfort food.. so I did over eat but not to the point where I am eating more than my body would normally use in a day but i am up .4 of a pound. but still so close. hoping to get the gym tonight.. it is just so hard when I am getting home at 9pm to go there. And tonight for me to get home at 9pm I am going to have to leave this meeting at 8 and normally we leave around 9p hopefully my friend understands though.. she is trying to lose weight but doesnt have as much as much... And I cannot wait to get to 299 really alot because of letting myself call for a hair appt. i hate my hair lately.

Friday is going to be hard. I am spending the day with my bf and normally we go out to lunch or to my favorite bakery. Hopefully I do ok!
