Dr awal diet olahraga aku zumba, pas udh mulai turun bb kan pasti bergelambir tuh nah buat naikin massa otot aku ikut strong by zumba sama rajin workout dirumah. Pokonya buat ngencengin bagian" yg gelambir sering" main beban. Aku ga ngegym, cukup pake beban badan sndri sama main dumble dirumah kalo ga smpet ke studio. Apalagi skrg ga bsa keluar kan jd aku streaming strong by zumba sama workout aja sh. Sering pushup shitup plank kaya gtu. Ada kan di yt banyak workout untuk abs, tangan, paha, booty, kaki. Kerasa ko skrg perut, paha, lengan keras 😁
