Okay, so it's day 3 of Slim in 6...I am not hurting nearly as badly as I thought I would! I am going to start working out with a buddy on Friday, so I think that will help with the movitvation, even though I'm feeling pretty motivated these days! My work out buddy is going to have to start slowly, so she'll be on a 3 days/week workout schedule for the first 2 weeks, and then ramp it up to 6 days a week. This means I'm going to have to extend the first two weeks of Slim in 6 to 4 weeks, but I'm okay with that. If it gets my WOB off the couch and back to working out, it's worth it! TOTALLY fell off the diet late last night, specifically the last 2 quarters of the Bears/Packers game. I am not, however, going to beat myself up about it and blow the week. Got up and right back at it this morning. I hope I can keep this momentum up!!!
