okay let's see if I can focus- I want to start to drop some summer weight- hoping for 12 pounds by Thanksgiving. My biggest challenges are sweets at night- and eating with the family- these seem to lead to my down fall. I just need to do it- my hubby has gained a lot of weight since the start of the year as well so he will be helping me move around more. I think we are both ready to get out of our depression and on to "recovery".
