Ini aku pake susu dancow 15g, tropicana low fat vanilla 5g, oatmeal 10g seduh pake air biasa jadi oatnya masih ada textur krenyes2. Aku suka, krna enak dan kalorinya rendah, cocok buat sarapan atau snack.
