OMG ... what was I thinking? Hahaha Last Sunday I did single elbow to knee stomach crunches. Did I even manage 10 on each side? Almost ... anyway as a result, I couldn’t move the next day. Painful just to breathe never mind coughing, I have a cough caused by my bronchiectasis. Right side only took a day to heal. Still having problems with the left side 😐
