My first day of weight training was a bust. I guess I should have realized the first week would be all about going over the rules of weight training and syllabus stuff. But I was happy when the instructor said that by the end of the class, he promised we would all see some definition in our bodies. The class starts at ten, and I was almost thinking about dropping it in lieu of just going to the gym by myself, but figured that I should just keep it to FORCE myself to go for those days when I'm just not feeling the gym. I also realized I could wake up a bit earlier and just use the other cardio machines BEFORE class to get my muscles warmed up. My main concern now is getting enough protein and fiber in the morning to keep me satiated and energized to make it through class.

So for the third week in a row, I weighed 168.5 for a couple of days and then it jumped back up to 170.5 for a few days. Bodies are sooo weird. I'm not too worried, I just think its funny.

There was going to be more to this, but I forgot. Maybe it'll come back and I'll post again.
