I did nothing yesterday. Sat on my butt, watched movies, and did nothing. Surprisingly though I wasn't hungry during my day of nothingness. I actually had to remind myself to eat certain times. Not sure if being sedintary the whole day caused my gain or that I didn't eat enough net carbs the day before. Not quite too sure. Today it's raining so I'm gonna have to find an alternative to walking. I'll figure seomthing out.

Not worried about my gain because it's not that much. I'm on plan it will all work out. Plus people are noticing my change in appearance, and my "skinny" work pants are feeling a bit loose!

So all is good!! YAY!!
