Wow, ok, I'm hoping that the weight gain is just "that" time. We've been eating a lot of breakfast lately because it's cheap, but maybe I should cut back on that.
I am seriously fed up that I've been on FS for 3 years and still haven't lost the weight. It's up and down, up and down. I need to kick myself in the butt and get on with it!
Christmas is 3 months away I'd like to be at 105 by then - AND in tons better shape. I'm not so much concerned about the weight part if my clothes fit right and I feel confident and comfortable. That's about 20 pounds. If I aim for 1.5 lbs a week that puts me at 104.3 by December 27th. I'm not sure if I can do that, but it's a goal!
I'm going to do that by 1) eating better 2) doing my Turbo Jam exercise DVDs 3) staying accountable through FS
