Geez, I so fancied a crisp sandwich then.You know when you get that urge for something and can't shift it? That was me.I do not have any crisps in the house and eat them very rarely so where that came from, I don't know.
I did however have a sandwich.A sandwich with wafer thin turkey in it. It's low in fat, well the turkey is. Wish I had had it on Ryvita now though as I'm sure that would have been a better option/alternative.
Was going to go water my veg, herbs and fruit bushes but as if by magic the heavens opened.Will be using some of my herbs in my cooking tomorrow.love it.
I have observed doing this fatsecret that I eat LOTS of carbs.Always knew I did but can now see it!
