It is amazing how hard I can work on a diet for 3 days and undo it in just 1 day. This week I have ate out 2 times and then I attended a cook out with friends. I will always have to watch and diet, and the deal is when I'm out, I am not on a diet. I do write down my calories and they do add up fast!!!
