Okay, drank 60 oz for my water challenge. It really isn't bad, in fact I haven't had a diet soda since Friday. I don't know if any of this will help me lose weight, but I am sure water better for me than diet soda (I only was drinking one a day). I taught Step and Low Impact aerbocs yesterday. That went good. I just wish I could lose weight faster and I was just invited to a Mexican/Football Party. Sounds dangerously delicious. May make my weigh in on Saturday instead of Sunday. Live Healthy Today is my goal and MOVE around the house.
