Ok, I gained 1 lb this week. I know in the past I would have let that stinking lb drive me to the depths of despair and cause me to loose my cool! Let me go back over my week, analyze my eating habits, see where I can tighten things up and really, not worry over 1 lb. Gotta remember its a marathon, not a sprint! Also, I was reading my New Atkins book last night and I KNOW, if I follow this plan, it will work, cant let those momentary ups and downs get my panties in a bunch! :) (not a direct quote :D)

revised: After a thorough review I have realized that I did NOT gain a lb this week, in actuality last Friday I was 165.4 and today I was 164 for a net LOSS of 1.4 lbs~ So glad to have this site to be able to go back and review what actually happened!

I need to drink more water though! I am going to start putting my water in here now. (getting ready for the challenge.)
