Ok I am really nervous, I only tost 0.5kg in 12 days and now I'm on my way to Canada for vacations... really scared not being able to follow up the "eating good" for 9 days over there, plus I'm not getting excercise because of a knee injury... this sucks! Terrified to gain weigth...
75.5 kg Lost so far: 12.7 kg.    Still to go: 5.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

OMG look how amazing you have done. You are just about at goal!!!! That sucks about your knee, because walking is the best when you go on vacation. It can negate much of what you eat. I would make a plan before you go. If you plan to go out to eat, then eat lighter meals for the first two. Plenty of protein, fruits and veggies. Don't make vacation a "free for all." But do plan on enjoying yourself. Remember the first bite tastes like the last. Share a dessert.

Great advice, unfortunatly I did any of that, I over ate big time, and it reflected in the scale, I gained 2kg , but it won't bring me down, I willget back on track, I have to, I gave away my old "big" clothes! Haha
