So yesterday instead of walking I decided to do some crunches and arm stuff.
I had bought these 1lb weights (yeah I know what is the point) from Target and was doing some exercises I had learned from previous gym trips for my triceps.
Then I did several crunches holding the two weights near my shoulders. I was figuring it would giv me more resistence. I didn't time how long I did this. I did several reps of 12.
I have to say that is the one thing I don't particularly like about how fat secret tracks your exercise. Certain things I do by reps not by time.
Oh well. I can take solace that I did something with my body and didn't just sit on my couch.
