So many days (a week??) of not checking my weight. Because overeating 🙄 Mostly healthy food, wayyy too much. Consuming I guess 2x(3x)times more calories than I burn. Exercising every day, but still far from balance. Not feeling quite well - nor physically nor mentally, so setting my weight goals aside for now, listening to my body. Still focusing on steering towards plantbased/vegan food as much as I can while staying sane and positive. Hoping to start counting food intake again tomorrow. Hoping again :) 🤞🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻
