Hobodon, I love sardines saltine crackers. My favorite is sardines in mustard sauce. That's what I had today. They are very good for you with a lot of Omega-3 oil.

Okay, here is what is on the plate for brunch today: field greens with cherry tomatoes and avocado on the side. Sardines and saltine crackers on the side next to them. Scrambled eggs with spinach and kimchi on the top of almost everything. We love kimchi! 8h
