Whoa!! Another snack-y evening last night. I think I am putting my finger on the reason for this. For myself, it is not out of boredom; it is a feeling like I don't have enough control over something bothering me in my life. A stress reliver of sorts, but not really. I need to keep noteing when I feel like that and try to tackle it before I start cramming every snack I can find into my mouth!

Besides that, it is going well maintaining until my sister's wedding! It is kind of fun to work hard and do well and keep an eye on my calories and know that the scale is not going to vary by 3-4 pounds. I've been staying within 1 pound here or there. It totally is depending on whether my calories are 1300-1500 per day, or way up to 1600-1800 per day. Yesterday I was up to 1800 and I was up .4 pounds this morning. No big deal!
