My weight is steady and having up & down numbers for 1 week & half. It is not the first time happening to me.
I am trying to eat less whole wheat foods as white bread, rice and so on. I think it always gain FAKE weight.
Also, i may suffer from constipation as it was, so today i am drinking a lot of water as i can.
