I really struggled this week. I gained one pound but I was surprised I didn't gain more. Lots of temptations and I had a hard time resisting. Somehow I have to get my head back into the losing mood. I know weight loss starts with the mind but I am just so bored with my food choices. Maybe I should investigate a new program. I've been following my own plan--eating every few hours and focusing on fresh fruit and vegetables. Another problem with that is all the summer fruit is over and the choices are getting limited.(I live in Minnesota) Help--does any one have any suggestions?
