did my walk this morning, did push-ups from Sat. (I worked a booth at our local festival all weekend, so I passed on push-ups) I carried boxes of books and tables instead over the weekend.
I packed all my food and stayed away from all the yummy corn products available. I was very tempted to get some kettle corn everytime I smelled a new batch popping esp. when Friday's weight was up to 194 I didn't record it I was so mad, however the soup I ate Thurs. night was a little salty so I guess I was retaining. Glad Sat. was back to 192 or I would have caved. Sun was actually 190.4 hit save before changing weight earlier. This morning was 190.4 but before shower after walk, push-ups, a couple hours later and a bathroom trip I reweighed and was 189.6 I'm happier and glad I didn't cheat at the festival. I did treat myself to a 1/2 cup measured out rice last night for dinner with asparagus, sourkraut, and pork roast.
Speaking of food time to go make lunch.
