Walking this morning. Steps: 7900, 3.5 miles. Okay, AF is due in one week and I can feel the sugar cravings starting already. I decided to make sugar free raspberry jello, only 10 calories a serving so eating it all is only 80 calories. I tend to eat it in two days, as it starts to get watery pretty fast. Need to buy more of it, maybe some light whip cream in case the jello doesn't do the trick :P Hate my craving week!
