Okay...I weighed this morning and I was exactly the same as yesterday! That's good as I didn't put the water weight back on ...yet! Then I look and I had recorded my wt. wrong yesterday! Why would you think that the .2 lbs. would make a difference to me...well because I actually didn't gain that .2 lbs. yesterday! Okay..I'm over it now.
Big challenge today is: My grandson turns 2 years old today and there's a small family celebration tonight. Yep, all family celebrations involve food. I've got to try and save my starches for later, but that's so hard. Today will be my hardest day to try and stay on track here. I've already planned to skip my zone bar today and I hope that will help too. I'll replace with my fruit portions. It's a mind thing because I know I won't starve! So...here goes today. Maybe I'll say a prayer..it sure couldn't hurt.
