I think skipping meals is not a good idea, if you are aiming to become healthier. smaller meals in the amount of calories, is better. Try increasing your exercise level not easy in lock down, I know. Using the big mussels in your legs will burn up the most calories, so go for a 1 hour walk every day even when its raining, if you walk up hill you will use up more calories, its boring but you could try walking up and down stairs, start with 5 minuets three times a day and increase it 2 minuets every week until you can do 15 minuets 3 times a day, The way to lose weight is simple eat less calories that you burn up, its not easy you have to be determined but don't starve yourself. I weigh 71kgs my minimum calories to stay alive is 1750 per day last week I ate a daily average of 2500 and still I lost almost 2lbs and all I do is walk my dog 2 to 3 hours a day in the hills.

We are only allowed out for half an hour a day for exercise... so that's difficult... I'm not allowed to exercise at all really... so at home is difficult... as to skipping meals, I feel it helps me personally cos I also eat low calorie meals when I do have a meal...

Hi Lily if you cannot exercise I can see that losing weight could be difficult, and you may need the help of a netritionist. Take care and keep well in these difficult times.

Taking your food to your room if you can helps. It sounds weird but I have plastic tubs/containers under my bed, that way you can flush it later. Also "turning vegan" cuts out a lot of foods without anyone getting suspicious. It also cuts out high calorific processed foods. x

I’m eating below 1000 cal as well, it’s not too hard! Do you thinks it’s ok to have one chest day a week, when I’m not counting?
