Well, it is Sunday, and I'm proud to say that I worked out this morning.. 20 minutes of high cardio.. I thought I was going to die..but I pulled through.lol.

I didn't have a headache last night when I went to bed, but RIGHT now, I have one that's killing me. I'm beginning to wonder if I need to get one of those air filter refills for the bedroom. I already have a machine, and got it for when Owen was a newborn and on up, but I haven't used it since the filter got filled.. ew.

I know it's due to allergens in the air, but I just wish it would stop. It makes me want to sleep it off, and I've got too much to do before the day is over.

I'll go pop a Motrin and get some peppermint tea going. It should help.
