I won't say "I don't know why the weight gain". I missed lunch again and had a shake then lunch and dinner within 3 hours. I wanted to get in the food rather than miss the calories. Obviously I know it does not work. S this morning I ate breakfast early and that will give me enough time to eat lunch. Usually I ate breakfast around 10, today it was at 7:30.
Lets see what happens at tomorrow's weigh in......
