Despite stuffing my face with stress relieving chocolate and biscuits all week my weight has remained miraculously unchanged. No food diary because I would be too ashamed of what's on it. I have started running more and doing a bit on the exercise bike on our verandah; I guess that is what is keeping the weight gain at bay. Stay safe and well out there (indoors, of course!)
