My challenge for myself this week is to eat little to no bread each day. Yesterday I did great. today I am having turkey sausage patty and egg whites. lunch i am having breadless tuna sandwich lol for the first time. I usually have two or three sandwiches when i make tuna. I lost 10.25 this weigh in. Yes that is an awesome number but considering it was three weeks since I had weighed in I felt like it should have been higher. I am very hard on myself. Today I called off of work because I am sick. When I am home I eat all day. so todays challenge is to eat what I put on my menu and nothing more.
