So... The last couple of weeks I have not journaled. Mostly due to loooong work days and then a week and a half vacation. Still at 181 on a goal of 175. back to logging now as things are sort of calming down.
Glad I did not gain over vacation, as I ate out a lot but my wife and I did well in our choices for the most part! Sore from push ups as I did not do any in the Grand Canyon heat!!
