Monday-Friday workout results:
4 hours total working out! Feeling good about the progress this week and it was helpful to push me along. I think I will set up another challenge like it next week. I have posted my goals and what I have done each day on a new calendar I hung up to see it each day.
63.5 kg Lost so far: 2.7 kg.    Still to go: 2.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 6.4 kg a Week
