Seem to have hit a plato. Very frustrating. Eating reasonably well but getting bored with it and exercise fell to the way side after getting a shocking cold. Need to get refocussed.
65.2 kg Lost so far: 2.8 kg.    Still to go: 5.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
