BAD FOODS

3 worst foods to sabotage your gut health, weight loss and metabolism are; store-bought yogurt that equals the same amount of sugar as Pepsi and Coke, Bottled fruit smoothie drinks, 
high fructose corn syrup, sugar, 
BPA in Linings of soup and other Plastics, artificial sweeteners,
