Yeah 500 or 600 calories isn’t enough by a long shot, I noticed you replied to bubblegum and said you had lost 6kg in under 4 weeks which I have to say is a lot of weight to drop its nearly 3 and half pounds a week. Your diet sounds good but it’s also down to portion size too a chicken breast can contain over 300 calories so I’m guessing your not eating whole portions and the same with the other items you mentioned is that right? X

Agree with Paul, Food-wise you are eating the correct stuff but like Paul say probably less than a portion size due to your small appetite.
I would definitely add some shakes to make up the calorie. see how you go 💞💞

Maybe try a yogurt instead of nuts and some fruit? To me nuts would be very filling snack.

I would say do not stress about eating 3 square meals a day. I'm simillar to you with not always being able to eat enough in a day. The pressure of feeling like you have to eat when you don't want to I found had negative effects.
I'd advise trying to make slightly larger portions and if you can't eat it, all thats fine, just try have another 3 forkfulls before you say you are done.
Try and eat foods that you enjoy, it generally means you'll eat a little more of it.
And most importantly, eat when you are hungry don't put it off. I am terrible with this one after years on medication that gave me a bottomless pit hungry stomach.
We all have different rates of metabolism and we don't all need to eat 1600 calories. My Googlefit app thinks i should 1350 a day on average. So don't beat yourself up if you don't manage 1600 a day, just aim for more than you are now. And if you want to cheat... a chocolate biscuit will give you a boost both calories and enjoyment wise.
